- Pain in the other parts of the body
First the pain stars in the chest and after that spreads to the jaw, shoulder, arms, back and abdomen. In some cases people do not feel pain in the chest, but feel pain in the other parts of the body. Mostly the pain can be in one of the both arms.
There are some cases when people cough bloody phlegm or have wheezing. This can indicate to a heart attack. Pay attention to this symptoms!

It is very important to not ignore the symptoms just because you hope that they will go away. If the last longer than 5 minutes call 911 or go to the hospital immediately. Taking an aspirin also could be a good alternative.
