Cardiologist Suggests 5-Day Diet: A Safe Way To Lose 15 Pounds

It is very important to maintain high lifestyle with healthy diet as a part of it.

It’s very simple since the breakfast each day is the same:

Day 1

  • Breakfast: one piece of fruit by your choice (anything but grapes or bananas)
  • Lunch: one orange, one cup of yogurt and one egg
  • Dinner: two boiled eggs, two pieces of toast, two tomatoes and ½ a cucumber or a small bowl of lettuce

Day 2

  • Breakfast: one piece of fruit by your choice (anything but grapes or bananas)
  • Lunch: one orange, one boiled egg and a cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: a piece of toast, 125 gr. of red meat, one orange and a cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Day 3

  • Breakfast: one piece of fruit by your choice (anything but grapes or bananas)
  • Lunch: one boiled egg, one cucumber and one orange
  • Dinner: 125 gr. of cooked red meat, one orange, a piece of toast, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar

Day 4

  • Breakfast: one piece of fruit by your choice (anything but grapes or bananas)
  • Lunch: a piece of toast, one orange, 125 gr. of cottage cheese
  • Dinner: the same as day 3

Day 5

  • Breakfast: one piece of fruit by your choice (anything but grapes or bananas)
  • Lunch: a piece of toast, 200 gr. of cooked meat or fish, one tomato
  • Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked carrots, potatoes and peas

Our recommendation is to follow this protocol for a five-day cycle, which will be followed  by a two-day rest before restarting the cycle. In addition, you need to cook vegetables without salt and alcohol should be forgotten. If you suffer any health issues, please consult with your doctor first.
