Have you ever hear about comfrey herb, a rough multi-annual herb with a length of 25cm, which Europeans have been using through centuries for=it’s amazing natural healing effects?
Externally the root is in black and white inside while the flowers are purple or pink and they bloom from April to August. Today the herb is very popular natural cure in Europe, Asia Minor, Western Asia and was brought from North America and It is found in wet meadows, near rivers, streams, at altitudes up to 1000m. Comfrey Tea Preparation
Tea for internal use: Pour 200 ml water into 4-6 g sliced drug and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain after 20 min and drink 2 cups per day.
Tea for outdoor use: Pour 1 liter of water on 100 g sliced drug , then boil 10 to 15 minutes. Leave it for 5 hours. Strain the tea and wash the affected areas or make coatings.
