How to Do the Plank?

In first place, you must be sure that you are doing it right. Just place your hands correctly. The elbows need to be directly under the shoulders so you can maintain proper weight distribution. The spine should remain straight. It’s very important not to do rounding and pressure on the back and the neck. Your legs should be slightly apart and you need to have certain distance between in order to breath slow and keep the body relaxed.
