“Royal Edinburgh Hospital” conducted a research and found that people over 40 have sex 50% more than people from 7 to 13 years younger than them. It is also proven that regular s*x expands our lifespan, because it reduces stress.

Stress is the number one reason for many diseases!

Most people don’t have enough time to have sex with their partner, because of their work activities or tight schedule. For some, having sex 1-2 times a week is enough, for others it’s too much or too little. Everybody’s different, so the Institute Kinsey conducted a research how many times do people have s*x on average, depending on their age (on average).

18 – 29 -112 times a year;
39 – 39 -86 times a year;
40 – 49 -69 times a year.

Some people had sex only a few times in the whole year. 45% a couple of times a month, 34% 2-3 times a week and 7% more than 3-4 times a week.

A website called “Your Tango” did a survey, asking how many times do married couples have s*x during a month. Here are the answers:

Average: 1 in a week

Optimal: 3-5 times in a week
