½ cup apple cider vinegar

Directions

Boil water and pour in a medium-sized tub. Add all the ingredients and allow them to dissolve. When the water temperature is warm enough, soak your feet in the mixture for 30 minutes.

Clay Detox Bath Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup Epsom salt

½ cup bentonite clay

Directions

Boil water and pour in a medium-sized tub. Add a small amount of water to clay and mix (Don’t use any metal objects to mix the clay). Add clay mixture to the tub and when it becomes warm, soak your feet in it for 20 minutes.

Oxygen Detox Bath Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp. dried ginger powder

2 cups hydrogen peroxide

Directions

Fill your bathtub with hot water. Add the ingredients and when water is warm enough, soak your entire body for 30 minutes.
