As it was written in an article published in the “International Journal of Molecular Sciences” in May 2010, using graviola leaves, can reduce swelling and pain. There were used mices with burned paws, giving them graviola. Those mices who used graviola leaves had less swelling and less pain. Yet, it is needed more research to be done in order to define the safety and efficacy of this in humans.

Depending on the user’s age and health, the dosage of graviola is specified. There are still not enough information to define the appropriate dosage of graviola.

How to Make Soursop Tea

Directions:

  • Boil 1l of water, take 15 soursop dry leaves and 1 small stem, cut the leaves into small pieces and put them into the boiling water.
  • Boil the water on small flame for 30 minutes, until the water evaporates to 500 ml.
  • Now the tea is ready do drink.
  • Drink 1 cup (165ml) filtered soursop tea cold or hot, 3 times every day, morning, afternoon and in the evening
  • To make the taste better add 1/2 spoon of lime juice, 2 pudina leafs and add some honey.

After taking the drink, your body might feel heat but not side effects. In order to cold your body you can take 3 glasses of fresh watermelon juice and drink 3 glasses of goats milk every day. After 2 weeks you will feel the benefits of soursoup and in 4 weeks all improvements will be felt clearly.

Note: It is important to drink soursop tea 30 minutes before you eat.
