Sciatica is pain that runs through sciatic nerve, a large nerve that is located in the lower back and goes to the rear parts of both legs. Sciatica is a common back pain.

Here are Exercises for Stretching the Sciatic Nerve
First exercise – lie down and fold your aching leg and pull it towards your shoulder. Try to hold your leg in that position for a 30 seconds. Repeat this exercise two more times.
Second Exercise – in horizontal position bend the knees and pull them towards the chest. Try to not lift buttocks from the floor. Cross your legs and pull the healthy leg with hands. Keep the leg in that position for 30 seconds.
